Every dancer has different goals, strengths, and areas for growth. Through in home private movement training, I provide personalized training focused on helping dancers improve their technique, build strength, increase confidence, and reach their full potential in a comfortable and supportive environment.
My approach goes beyond teaching dance steps. Strong dancers are built through strong movement foundations. During our one on one sessions, we'll work on dance technique while also developing the strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness that help dancers perform their best and reduce the risk of injury. Using a variety of movement tools and equipment, I create challenging and well rounded sessions that help dancers become stronger, more confident movers.
I begin with a complimentary consultation which gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, discuss your dancer's experience, and talk about what you'd like to achieve through private training. From there, I'll recommend a personalized training plan, answer any questions you may have, and discuss session options, scheduling, and pricing to ensure we create the best fit for your dancer and your family's needs.
Preschool Movement Enrichment

Through music, creative movement, and purposeful activities, children build confidence, coordination, creativity, and the foundational motor skills that support lifelong learning. Each class is designed to create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can explore movement while having fun.
Classes may include creative movement, music and rhythm activities, gross and fine motor skill development, balance, coordination, body awareness, social-emotional learning, and age-appropriate dance concepts. Using props such as scarves, ribbons, hoops, and other movement equipment, every lesson encourages children to learn through movement while supporting important early childhood developmental milestones.
Every preschool is unique, which is why I begin with a complimentary consultation to learn about your school's goals, schedule, and students. Whether you're interested in a parent-funded enrichment program or a school-funded partnership, I'll work with you to create a program that fits your community.

Stretch and Recovery

Give your body the care and attention it deserves with a personalized, hands on stretch and recovery session. During each session, you’ll be comfortably positioned on a massage style table while I guide and assist your body through gentle, controlled stretches designed to help release tension, improve mobility, and support flexibility. Sessions are fully individualized and can focus on areas of tightness, limited mobility, or general recovery.
Whether you’re an athlete, dancer, active individual, or simply looking to feel less stiff and more mobile, sessions can be adapted to your needs and experience level.
